Conversation Skills for Innovators

Innovation expertise for business success

A key challenge in business is keeping up with a constantly changing environment.  Technology advancements, regulatory changes and shifting global circumstances mean that change is no longer an occasional interruption to “business as usual”, but a constant and ongoing challenge.   Developing the capability to innovate effectively is increasingly important to competing and prospering in business.

While innovation can appear to be technology-driven, the key skills for successful innovation delivery are the conversational skills of innovation adoption – building trust, developing compelling offers, delivering results, shifting thinking and encouraging new ideas and behaviours to emerge.

InnovationToolkitSThese skills are also the foundation of living a sustainable life, growing a rewarding career as well as innovating successfully in organisations.   They’re learnable skills that don’t require a degree in Psychology or an MBA.  They can be practiced every day, in any context.   The advanced conversational technology of Ontological Coaching will enable you to build your mastery in these skills.
